The Home Study
Evaluation is mandatory for anyone who wishes to adopt a child,
nationally or internationally, or during the process of becoming a foster parent.
Home Studies are also used when a family member wishes to adopt another family member, such as a niece/nephew or
grandchild.

study evaluation based on your application, questionnaires and
ongoing interviews with the applicants as a couple as well as
individually. Each home visit lasts approximately an hour and a
half, moving you one step closer to adopting or becoming
foster parents.
